Are Next Step Question Packs Good?

Hi Everyone,

I have access to the NS Q-Pack and have been using them, but want to make sure they are not a waste of time in comparison to the actual AAMC stuff. I want to do all the AAMC stuff, but also want to use additional resources.

Is next step q-packs good? I know FL 1-3 are, but I cant get a clear answer on the Q-Packs for preperation.
