Can someone explain why B is the correct answer? After reading through the passage, especially the last 2 paragraphs, I felt that the author wasn't too optimistic about training. Especially the last sentence of second to last paragraph "Although for a particular job....seldom transfer well to new requirements." From this, I felt that the author doesn't really think training is that worth it and that he believes schooling is an important irreplaceable aspect. So I chose C.
