Did anyone else think the answer explanations for this passage were ridiculous? They're bringing in a ton of outside information that wasn't even presents in the passage (assuming that those pilots who didn't do well in phase I dropped out?). Maybe someone can clear things up for me here if they don't mind looking up the passage and outlining the big takeaways.
