On this question, the latent heat value at the air-sea interface for the ocean has an entropy loss associated with it of 320. Doesn't entropy loss mean that things are becoming more ordered while entropy gain mean that things are becoming more disordered? I'm having trouble reconciling the entropy loss with the fact that we are going from a liquid state to a gas state. How do I reconcile these two facts?
